I took the NET, and thought it was pretty basic. It has several sections, but they only count reading comprehension, basic math, and another (sentence structure/grammar?). The other sections (basic science, advanced math, etc) are used for statistical purposes only, and don't count towards your composite score.
In my opinion, anyone who has made it through high school shouldn't have a problem getting a good score (80+) on the NET.
So don't sweat about the NET. I'm sure you'll do well:)
Everyone is right.. i took the net.. bought the study guide to.. all you should do is brush up on your basic math skills, (fractions especially) and you sould be fine.. i am terrible in math and got a 73% on that section.. and the national average is 52%. they ask you your reading, and learning style but those questions are not counted. just ask if you have me questions.. i took it in march.. the computer version and got my scores the same day...
