I don't think that respiratory distress is your primary problem.Again, is there one problem that could result in hypothermia, hypoglycemia, tachycardia, and respiratory complications? Particularly in the setting of prolonged rupture of membranes?
That was my first thought with a 48 hr ROM

So, my scenario gives very little information, other than tachypnea, tachycardia, nasal flaring, low temp, glucose 38 mom prolonged labor, SROM 48hrs.Apgar 9 and 9, weight 3175, GA unknown. My dx are Respiratory,Thermoregulation and Hypoglycemia. priority is airway, Ineffective breathing pattern, but I just don't know what is related to, because it doesn't look like baby is premature, weight is normal. I have the as evidenced by of nasal flaring, and the breathing. Could the related to, be the low glucose or is the respiratory issue causing the low glucose?
