I need to write nursing complications of nursing diagnosis of -Dementia, Hypertension and Arthritis, supporting the literature.
What needs to be included while writing nursing complications?

Your query is not clear. All of your examples are medical diagnoses not nursing diagnoses. There are not nursing complications of nursing diagnoses. While all of your examples might be related to factors of nursing diagnoses, not a single one is a nursing diagnosis.

Impaired mobility is a nursing diagnosis.

Well, I need to write 2 complications of Hypertension (Medical Diagnosis) that my client has hypertension. I also need to discuss about why i choose Hypertension even she has dementia, arthritis. Support with literature why they occur with my client and relate with medial diagnosis, health assessment findings and analysis.I have thought to discuss about two complications: Stroke and Renal failure caused by Hypertension. I also need to monitor complications with physical assessment and possible diagnostic tests.

I am worried How it begins and what it can be included?. I would be happy if you please

What country are you in as this does not appear to be an assignment typical to US nursing schools?

Do you have access to the NANDA-I book as nursing diagnosis is standardized internationally?

Ok is this a real patient? Are they asking for a case study?

First you need to look up hypertension (HTN) The you need to explore stroke and Renal failure. Then you need to correlate this to your patient. Look up what diagnostic tests that are performed for each diagnosis. Why would controlling HTN would be important for this patient?

Bindira7, you might think I'm not being helpful. But honestly, your list of what your assignment asks is perfectly clear. I'm really not sure if there's a problem with knowing the language, or if it's a matter of knowing your resources. If resources, your physiology and pathophysiology books will help you enormously. After that, your nursing textbook will fill in the nursing actions and assessments. Look up hypertension, possible complications, rationales for the complications in the physiology and pathophysiology books, and then find nursing care for those in your nursing books.

Then come back and share what you find, and ask us to clarify any confusion you have. We don't do your homework for you, because there's no substitute for doing your own research (and asking us is not doing research and your faculty won't accept is as a citation for where you learned something).
