Nursing Diagnosis Handbook by Ackley & Ladwig. It seems to be the most recommended and I have used it quite extensively. It's published by Elsevier and you can go the their Evolve website and use their online care plan constructor.
Nursing Care Plans by Gulanick/Myers is also a very good book. It has lots of care plans. I usually switch back & forth and make care plans from both books. It's another Elsevier book and has online content too.
Good luck!

nursing care planning made incredibly easy published 2008 by lippincott williams & wilkins comes with a cd that has care plans for med/surg, pediatrics, ob and psych. however, fetal demise isn't included. i also have maternal/newborn plans of care: guidelines for individual care, 3rd edition, by marilynn e. doenges and mary frances moorhouse and fetal demise isn't included in it either. fetal demise of a full term infant isn't a common happening. you will need to research this and use the nursing process to put this care plan together. suggest you use the ob weblinks listed on this thread: https://allnurses.com/nursing-student-assistance/medical-disease-information-258109.html - medical disease information/treatment/procedures/test reference websites. you should also be able to find information about amniocentesis and nursing care of the patient on the http://www.brooksidepress.org/products/military_obgyn/home.htm website. there are also videos there.
Thank you sooo much!!:)
