I agree with the above posters. We are more than happy to help, happy to look over work that you have done or have made an attempt at, but we will not do your homework for you.
You need to set up the care plan and then if you have specific questions at to where something goes, we will help. But we are not providing the care plan for you.
That is not the way to learn how to do things and know what you need to know to actually be able to work as an RN. You will be doing care plans throughout your career, it is not just something for school and then you forget about it.
