I see this as a victory for the nurses. However, I fear the average reader will think "those greedy nurses". Why, for getting paid what the market will bear just like every doctor, lawyer and CEO does?

Not to mention the docs. I do anesthesia--I've had surgeons, GPs, and anesthesiologists say " No NURSE should ever get paid that much".
Guess it doesn't matter what we do or how much responsibility we have, we're nurses and should do it all for free.
