I've never been a 'tattle tale' type person...first I'd TRY to work it out with her myself being very open and honest about how I feel and her actions towards me.If this didn't work I'd start documenting these things showing her pattern of negative behavior and follow chain of command to resolve the issues.Life's tooooo shortttttt to be miserable ((((hugzzzzz)))) best of luck spitfire :)
...when the charge nurse asked me about it.....
Much of the problem may be in these few words. A charge nurse is IN CHARGE. She should be observing improper work ethics
and acting upon them, not listening to gossip from other nurses.
As for the other nurse. This is a piece of
advise my husband once gave to me.
Look straight at them and think 'little people'
You have no idea how cleansing this is until you have tried it. poof, stress gone.

I am new at this facility and one of the nurses is very conniving and loves to humilitate me when even she can. She is a instigator and I seems like I'm the only one who can see that? For example: she told the charge nurse that I never get my work done, because I am always talking and telling jokes. It really got to me when the charge nurse asked me about it. Because it was her not me doing those things. but nothing got said to the other nurse. She tries to turn the CNA's against me and visa versa. She is not the person she acts on to be. Why can't they see it when I can and several of the CNA's also knows it to. What do I do?
