No, it's not a typo... one week just isn't enough time to show our appreciation for all that nurses do so we've kicked off our National Nurses Week contests early!

This year, our contests are even bigger than before. We're starting the celebration today with a fun "Fill in the Blank" contest which features two $250 Amazon.com gift cards for the most creative submissions. Early next week we'll launch the second contest and the contests and giveaways will keep coming so you'll want to keep checking back and entering to increase your chances of winning those big prizes!

Fear not, though, because if you don't win one of the $250 prizes you're still eligible to win one of the following items shown in the photo below and more...

A family member in tears saying there loved one is no longer breathing.

(life of a palliative care nurse)

Your patient who you were told in report was a "walkie talkie" is now sundowning, naked, covered in stool, and playing in it.

my patient and his significant other naked under the sheets together. Last time that happened, the doctor was rounding on the patient with me.... embarrassing!

...my patient. Then I'm off the hook and heading for a much needed coffee break!

That the family has showed up with a Google doctor and now the only possible conclusion is that your patient has cancer... or lupus...

The patient on the ceiling !

Them on the floor with poop smeared all over blaming it on the dog that just left

I hope i dont find them on the floor

The patient on the floor

My patient playing in their poop while their family just sits there doing nothing

My patient standing at the end of the bed urinating on the floor. On purpose.

with their bedpan on their head!
