Google is your friend.

Your school library is your friend too.

Nursing school takes effort, if you're having problems writing a simple paper in your first semester how do you plan to graduate?

Try searching for articles on topics such as:

1. Precepting (nurses teaching new orientees)

2. Patient education (diabetes education, teaching patients how to take medications at home, teaching patients how to care for their colostomies themselves ... their tracheostomies, etc.)

3. Staff development (nurses who teach other nurses)

There are all kinds of books, journals, and individual articles devoted to such topics.

Use the search engines in your school library and/or browse their shelves. Talk to the librarian if you don't know how to use those resources.

Yeppers Google comes up with some good starting options. Try "nurse educator".

itsmejuli, she simply asked for some help, not for a snarky comment about her graduation prospects. She IS putting forth effort by asking for some help so she can complete her paper.

To the OP, I agree that Google is a great resource and remember to cite your sources properly.

Does your school library have any research databases you can use?

My university had a few that allowed us to find articles for our assignments
