The federation has asked deputy president Pauline Shelley to make an order requiring the hospital to increase the number of nurses working in the emergency department.

Does this mean that each hospital with an ED will receive more money to make this happen ?

I agree though - money often gets sidetracked into such really important issues as - a PR compaign to overcome the bad publicity the naughty nurses brought by doing this in the first place.
