Nurse Residency Programs in Philly Area

Hi everyone, 

I am set to graduate this upcoming May but, I am feeling so lost on how to start applying to residency programs in Philly. I am interested in Jefferson or Penn, anybody have any information on how to apply to their residency programs? I did go on their websites but I do not see any direct applications for the residencies.

Hi @nurseja I know this is super late response, but for Penn's residency you have to apply their "Clinical Nurse 1" positions on any of their floors/hospitals. Then once you're hired you're automatically enrolled into their nurse residency program.
