Nurse Residencies in Charlotte, NC

Hi!

I'm applying to nurse residencies at Novant and Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC and just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with these programs. What the interview process looked like, how you like the hospital, etc?

Especially, what pay do new grad nurses at these hospitals start at?

I had my interview last week and she said they were hoping to get decisions out this week*** Anyone hear anything different***

I didn’t ask when we would find out about offers, but I guess we should find out this week hopefully!!

For atrium or Novant***

They called me and I missed the call for Atrium and didn’t leave a message and haven’t heard back since then so IDK about them. I really hope I get into Novant.

Same here, I only had one interview with Atrium. I hope I hear back from Novant too!

How was your interview with Atrium

It went good to me, it was about twenty to thirty minutes long, and I believe if they pick you, you do a peer interview after the initial.

That’s awesome! I haven’t heard back from Atrium but I’m hoping to get the Novant position. What track do you guys want?
