Hi! Anyone here who knows how long it takes for the NMC to release a decision letter on your application, as I am anxiously waiting for mine for a little over a month now.

Most probably those papers of yours on hand will do as long as you have not used them yet for any other application. But it would be much better if you will clarify this with your agency. Regarding my deployment, initially my start date in my COS was 6 November 2017. However I had some delays in relation to my IOM tb cleance so for sure it will be moved back for more weeks or months. Speaking of, you may ask your agent if you could also undergo the tb testing in IOM now or sooner (especially if you had a history of respiratory problem such as ptb) because it will certainly be a cause of delay if you wouldn't get your clearance right away.

Hello fellow UK Nurses! I know someone who was put on queue on 07 September 2017 and she got her decision letter yesterday 01 November 2017. So who is next? I hope you receive your DLs soon.

Hi! been reading the thread and i am actually waiting for my DL as well. It was noted that my documents were received last sept 1 and until now no email from NMC.but the "open" button on the submitted document went missing for 4 days now...what does that mean?

Hi! Just wondering if you ever found out what happened regarding the missing " open button"? I checked my nmc account yesterday and found the same thing. Last time I checked it was still there, probably 3-4 days ago. Thanks

If I remember correctly, some forumers experienced the same thing and the explanation was the NMC is now going through your documents.

Thank you. I am hoping for that as well. Actually i really dont know when my documents were put on queue. My docs were posted on 9/21 but I only hit the submit button on 10/3 as I waited for the go signal of the personnel from my agency in UK. Do you have your DL?

Then it will not be long wait for you. No, I was put on qeue on 10/18 so I guess I will wait til December to hear anything from NMC. Where are you headed btw?
