NMC Decision Letter 2016

Published

Hi! Anyone here who knows how long it takes for the NMC to release a decision letter on your application, as I am anxiously waiting for mine for a little over a month now.

thanks!

Same NHS Trust with me, based on what I heard we're the first two in our batch. Honestly, this waiting game is really testing my patience after waiting for the DL, now for the COS. Hope Ipams and HCL sort it out and expedite the process soon.

maybe the trust is waiting for the others so that you will leave by group. i guess IPAMS can answer why it takes a long time before your COS will arrive. i really hope you can receive your COS soon. I'm still waiting for my DL, i guess I have to wait until December. how many calendar days did it take to receive your DL?.

Hi! I was put on queue July 28, 2017 and received a feedback September 20 that I need to post something to the NMC. But after all the resubmission I received my DL on September 25. Maybe 52 regular calendar days.

Hi maj_omanfil! How long have you been waiting for your COS now? I am from omanfil too but a different trust.

Hello nurses! I'd like to share my timeline and experiences with you:

Processed Papers: September-October 9

Am now currently waiting for my Decision Letter, no feedback yet from Omanfil regarding deployment date.

Have you received your DL yet?

I guess the commencement of the OSCE training is also one of the factors the Trusts are not providing the COS yet. Most probably it is also the reason why there are some news that there will be no deployment yet by the month of December. I have a former coworker who is already in the UK for a little over a month now and he said their OSCE is on 21 December. Their training had just started therefore no newer batch of candidates will arrive until their exam date.

P.s. This is just a theory of mine based on my coworkers relayed stories and some articles I have read online.

Pps. To be a UKRN is not only a test of competence but also patience. All the wait will be worthwhile in the end by the time we get there. Let us all patiently wait í ½í¸

Hello, I'm from IPAMS/hcl as well. I'm also waiting for my CoS for a month now.

Hello! I hope you don't mind, what NHS Trust you're bound to?

Hi! Can you give me examples of their feedback because I'm planning to work in the area of Warwickshire. Thanks!

Nope! Is she the one waiting for two others to receive their DLs? Mine I have no idea what happened to my CoS, I haven't got any feedback from them. But I am praying for good news.
