I have got my dl yesterday after I resubmitted the documents they needed on 5th.

I just got my IOM tb clearance earlier this afternoon. Thereafter I asked my local agent when and where should I do my medical examination. But wccording to her, there is no need to undergo the said exam and my hospital (CUH) is not requiring their candidates to do so. This is very unual for me since all of the UK candidates that I know underwent medical examination. Do you guys think it depends on the employer and agency or it would be impossible not to undergo the said exam prior to deployment?

From what I remember, it's Php3200. You have to book a schedule by sending an email to [email protected] (IOM's office is in Makati). provide them with these details on your email:

Last name:

First name:

Date of birth: day-month-year*

Gender:

Passport number:

Issue date:

Expiry date:

Mobile number:

Email address:

Address (Philippines):

Name of Sponsor:

Type of visa applying for:

Preferred date of appointment:

They will then reply with your schedule and the requirements you need to bring on your appointment. Don't forget to bring a photocopy of your passport and ID.

Is that a private hospital? My former co-workers are already there. Lucky you, I heard that they are well taken care of there with full assistance from the hospital, they even provided free toiletries, groceries and other starter packs. And most importantly, they got their first paycheck after a month from the start of their nursing job, which was unexpected according go them because they were advised to bring some extra penny since their first salary might be delayed but if was otherwise.

Anyone who's an Ex-UAE Nurse? My wife worked in Al Ain (part of HAAD) for 1 year and 6 months. Now she's currently employed in the Philippines. The agency required her to have Cert of Good Standing and Police clearance. We were able to get the Police Clearance online, but we cannot get the certificate of Good standing from HAAD since her license had expired. We just mailed the NMC barcoded forms today. I also uploaded the police clearance from UAE together with the NBI clearance. My concern is that, they might ask for a certificate of good standing from HAAD. We already emailed HAAD and even talked to them but they are firm in saying that they would not release it to us.

Hi. I am a Dubai nurse. Did she got her DL aready? I am wondering if she got certificate of tegistration apart from the Good standing that you mentioned she does not have. TIA
