Hoping anybody could help me with my problem regarding my papers, I graduated my BSN in the Philippines passed my exam last 2012 and migrated here in California but I took my NCLEX-RN exam in NewYork and I passed the exam but now I'm processing my license endorsement from NY to CA (because me and my family decided to stay here in CA)

the last thing they're asking is my COMPLETE RECORD OF MY CLINICAL CASES but unfortunately my school where I graduated which is SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY in Cebu doesn't have a copy of my cases anymore, they just told me they don't keep those records and told me to look for my LOG BOOK where we record all our cases but it was 7 years ago since I graduated and I don't have my LOG BOOK anymore and I don't know what to do.

Does anybody have had the same problem with mine? Please please help me on what to do. Thank you!

I have the same situation but i'm not licensed to any state or ever been licensed here in the US. What steps have you taken so far?
