To all my fellow NURSES who wants to take the PROMETRIC EXAM in KSA.

Create Eligibility Number for Applicant from outside KSA

CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IN "MUMARIS"------> "eservices" TO GET ELIGIBILITY NUMBER.

Since July 15,2014 before taking the PROMETRIC EXAM (NURSE SPECIALIST/NURSE TECHNICIAN) you need to get ELIGIBILITY NUMBER FIRST.

REQUIREMENTS ARE:

SCANNED DOCUMENTS (ALL ORIGINAL PAPERS NO PHOTOCOPIES) LIKE

PRC ID (license),

PRC BOARD RATING,

PRC CERTIFICATE OF PASSING & RATING,

TOR(transcript of record),

DIPLOMA,

COE (certificate of employment),

PASSPORT,

4X6 PICTURE.

Hi to all here,

I need help regarding my Eligibility Number that can not be recognized during my scheduling in Prometric exam. I already have the Eligibility Number for 5 days but still it won't recognized and I cannot proceed my scheduling of the said exam. I tried many times to email the SCFHS but no response. I tried to call the customer service of SCFHS but always busy.

Is there another option to solve this kind of problem? thank you.

hello.. can I ask you what are the documents to upload to specific folder when applying eligibility number. I already upload all the said documents but mumaris ask mo to re upload it correctly. thank you

I already sent my scanned documents but it was returned telling me i need to upload my board registration and it must be valid

But all of my submitted docs are valid.
