What they're asking for is your HS diploma. However I believe that if you graduated from HS 10 or more years ago, they will waive that requirement.[/quote']I graduated 2004 sp 9yrs ago :)

They might still require you to submit your HS diploma. A photocopy will do. Once you register with CGFNS, you will find out whether it is still needed or not. So better to just go ahead with your CGFNS CES registration and see from there. :)

You should have two forms. The one that says academic transcript or something like that goes to your school. The other one, license validation, goes to prc.
Hi, just want to ask, how did you process the other form, the license validation that needs to be fill-up by PRC? Did you send it directly to PRC and how much will it costs? I'm confused on that part. Thanks in advance. :)
You have to go to PRC. I forgot which window. Just ask the PRC personnel (show them the CGFNS license verification form). They will direct you to the right window, give you the PRC form for that, then pay for it, not sure if you still have to pay for the documentary stamp, go back to the first window then pay the FedEx fee. :)
Goto prc directly pay get a form pay 75php then if you want it be sent via express mail pay 1400php if you want the regular one pay 150php then do almost the same with your university
Is it okay if I have someone to go to PRC for that or does it need authorization letter or something for it to be process? Hmm... Thank you for answering my inquiry. :)
What counter will you go for that? And what will you write down in the form? I will have someone to process it to PRC for me since I'm already here in california. Thanks for answering my inquiry. :)
You guys, helped me a lot! It somehow lessens my confusion regarding the license validation. :)

Yes you can have someone do it for you just provide maybe an authorization first go to the info window at the right of the entrance ask for a validation/verification form fill it up and gonto window c i think or to the window stated at the back of the form they will tell you to pay 75php go to cashier then go back to the previous window they will offer you an express mail 1400php or regular 150php after that buy your postal mail stab worth 21php then pay 150 if regular then go back to the previous window if express you will pay 1400 to the man in window c (previous window) hope it helps
What he said. In addition... I'm not quite sure, but I believe that if you're going to have someone do it for you, aside from the authorization letter, you might also have to give them an ID of some sort. :)
Also have your prc id photocopied they need it
Wow! Thank you so much for the details of how to do it. You've helped me a lot! Now, I just have to ask someone from the Philippines to do that. Thank you so much once again! :)
Thank you for the additional info and for helping me out too! I'll scan my PRC license then with my authorization letter. Thank you once again! :)
