How did PAs get ranked above us?
They're both ranked at 8.2/10 so someone just flipped a coin to decide to list them first I guess.
I did find it odd that NPs were ranked "below average" in flexibility, a metric based on "alternative working schedule and work-life balance", and PAs were ranked as "above average" for the same metric...
I also found it odd that the narrative for the PA makes it seem like PAs should have more autonomy, however, for NPs, they had to point out that it's controversial that they have that autonomy.
