FQHC income cap?

Specialties NP

Hi, I am considering taking a job at an FQHC (school based health center/community health center) in California. For those of you who also work in a nonprofit/community health center type of setting; do you find that you still have mobility for raises or incentive-based bonuses the longer you work there or does it cap off pretty quickly compared to that of larger organizations or medical centers?

(Also, just in general - what % is a reasonable annual raise for an outpatient primary care pediatric NP?)

Specializes in ICU, Triage, Home Health, primary care FNP.

not sure if this is still active. there definitely needs to be more transparency in NP pay. An FQHC in Washington, they pay $55/hour for NP without NP experience. $70 something is the highest end
