nurse intern job

is nurse intern job only for those who graduated from nursing school? i already graduated and have license, but i've never applied or worked in the hospital since i graduated. do you think i can still work as nurse intern or is it too late?

As far as I know, a nurse intern position is for a grad that has never worked as an RN and he/she graduated less than 6mos ago. Some nurse intern pos in another department (ICU/OR/CCU) may accept RNs that have experience.

if i graduated 2 years ago, then i guess it means i'm not qualified to apply for nurse intern job?
