I am hoping others will join this thread and we will be as successful as in previous classes. Relax with our well earned week off. See you on May 20th.

Congrats on almost being done! I definitely will. I hope this class doesnt beat us up as badly as assessment did. I am not looking forward to any more all nighters!

thanks but let's not pop open the champagne bottles quite yet....still have some things to get done, including this one. I have a feeling we may be wishing we were back in Assessment writing "bilateral" a thousand times before we are through.

Hi laskydncr,

i know what you mean. not too sure what they want or when they want it, either. I wrote my intro on the DB tonight and then (I think) we are supposed to read the article about cancer pt's and pain, fatigue, and sleep deprivation and answer questions 1-5 on the "critiquing the research process" assignment. However, I'm thinking that maybe we spilt up the work among our group and if there are 5 of us, we each only do one question, but not really sure.

As usual, directions for the class are crystal clear:no:.

We all have the same article as a class...they just divide the work as a group and tackle each question depending on how your group wants to do the work. This week, we are answering questions 1-5.

I'm in a group with the "b" last name people. So far, I'm the only one who has posted in my discussion board. How is everyone breaking up the assignment? I was thinking that since there are 5 parts and 6 people, that each person in my group take 1 question and then 1 person put it all together. I have to work this weekend, so I'm already having a panic attack, lol! I am hoping some others post today. I am through half of the reading. I'm off today and tomorrow, so I have a ton of work to get done over the next 2 days!

One tip that I heard from other students: attend the OOH every Wednesday if you can...if you can't, the transcripts are saved for one week.

I am in a group of 6 in the W's. We have chosen a group leader. There are suggestions for all of us to answer the first 5 questions. My suggestion is to divide and conquer...Anyone else in this boat? I would rather answer one or two questions vs all 5....

I am in a mixed group with no one doing anything, so I said I would spearhead the group. I've asked for name suggestions. We are each going to answer all five questions, then assimilate and submit. We are graded on our participation, so I thought the best for all to respond to each section.

This class is so strange already. I still am not sure what the coaches/teachers are expecting from us, especially with these assignments. It's kind of unnerving to have to rely on other group members in an online course.
