Why is the patient coughing and having a fever?

umm.. not quite sure for the cause, but they used to live near a factory. and they just recently transfered due to the smell coming from the factory. the patient is 1 year old.

What are some of the symptoms that the child has r/t the bronchitis?

ineffective airway clearance r/t excessive secretions aeb cough [this cough needs better description]

there is a diagnosis for the fever (hyperthermia) but you have to have at least one physical symptom of the fever to use it ([color=#3366ff]hyperthermia).
