NRSE 330 Family Nursing- Anyone whose taken it?

Just wondering if anyone has taken Family Nurisng? How is it?

Any tips for getting through. I'm taking it this summer along with Stats... they overlap by 2 weeks. I know stats is going to do me in and I'm wondering if Family is hard or a lot of busy work?

Well, I read the posts and it doesn't give me much confidence going in. Seems that the midterm and final were the big problems. maybe they fixed it> one can hope! Anyone else taking it summer 2 session?

Family isn't bad. Just don't overthink stuff. And bear in mind that everyone definition of family is different. And that your definition of what constituents a family, isn't the only definition. That's a big component of this class. Examining the definition of family, and what really constitutes a family.

Writing about Chloe, Rebecca, Hal, and Richard, does become a bit taxing, but it's only for 5wks. And our motto is, "We can do ANYTHING for 5 weeks!!"

And don't fret about the mid term/final. I'm sure nothing has changed, and enough people will bomb it to guarantee a decent curve…

Yes...enough people bombed both tests that it is curved.

I would not be afraid of the test. That is a waste of energy. They will not let you flunk because of two tests.
