NP relocation bonus/stipend

Hi all,

Has anyone received a relocation bonus or stipend for moving expenses or the like? If so, how much?

If so, did you negotiate that into your contract? Are you in an office/clinic setting vs a medical center/hospital setting?

With my first job relocating from NC to NM they promised me 4K relo, but when my wife objected to me driving 80 miles one way daily, they reneged on that so I got nada. One position I interviewed for in Jan. would have paid 10K for basically the same distance, which is about what I paid for my move.
