Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if their are any NP Adult programs that have a specialty in pain management. I am interested in applying to AGPCNP specializing in pain management.
Greatly appreciated.

I have never heard of a program like this, there might be a fellowship out there however.

There is no such "speciality" for NPs. FNPs and AGPC-NPs are routinely hired and employed in "pain clinics" but never (or almost never) allowed to do procedures. They do routine physicals and write scripts.
If you want to actually do pain procedures, the only one way except for medical school is to become a CRNA. If you like to work with pain as a symptom and be independent (and, honestly, work for the full power of your license), there is hospice advanced practice nursing. In some places there is also inpatient pain service/palliative care.

Basically. Pain is an every day issue in the hospital obviously and the pain services is usually overwhelmed and limited to surgical patients.
