NP Program UBC/UVIC

I'm not sure if a forum has already been started for applicants for the September 2021 intake but I'm here to kick it off. Is anyone else biting their nails hoping for an interview with UBC or UVIC?

@Nayj I only know two people that have taken this program, one was 3 years ago and the other is in it now; they both report an exorbitant amount information and much of it is self-directed learning, which makes me very sad haha. However, from what I understand, UVIC will provide so much preparation for the ONC’s, and as the highest passing rate for them. 
 

I think that banding the Vancouver/Lowe mainland residents in the 2021 cohort together to help offset the workload would be essential.

For UVIC NP’s, I’ll be enrolling in TRU Stats 1201. Let me know if anyone else does the same. Additionally, I’ll be creating a FB page for any UVIC 2021 NP Cohorter who are in this forum. Building a resource army.

Sounds good, I signed up for TRU stats as well and my head is hurting from all the numbers. It’ll be good to go through the course with my fellow UVIC NP group ?

Has anyone paid their acceptance fee? Is it really mail order or cheque only???

@raymondjay06 @ptRN28 im almost finished with the STAT 1201 - will be doing the final exam this month (still got last 2 assignments to hand in). Let me know if you guys need any help. What is FB group called?
