Can you please put your suggestions for any or all of the following:

1,  Is it possible to get a fellowship after having practiced as an NP for sometime?  

2.  If the fellowship is not accredited by the nation councial for NP's that over looks fellowship, but they seem like a great place to get some training....is it OK to go ahead and do this fellowship or will it pose problems in the future for anything, I.e. jobs, credentialing?

I can't help but notice you are posting multiple questions that revolve around the same topics. I think you and I have conversed before about fellowships too. I'd suggest you just do some research on this site and elsewhere. This and several of your other questions have been discussed ad nauseam.

Possible but they are VERY competitive and geared towards new NPs

Can an older NP also have any chance towards training later on?
