Helloooo future Sharks! =)

I haven't found any threads on the upcoming NSU Winter 2015 entering class so here it is.. Does anyone know when they will start calling for interviews? I know the final day to send in apps is Oct 1st so I'm assuming they'll start doing interviews close to that time? Talk about a forever wait! Anyway, I'd love to talk to others in the same boat or anyone who's gone through this recently and can offer any advice.

No just review the Kaplan practice test book as much as you can. Math is mainly fractions, science is mostly physiology. To be honest, my Kaplan score wasn't that great at all. Focus more on the interview. Why you want to be a nurse, and just show them that this is what you want. :)

Don't stress it! I was freaking out about the Kaplan and it wasn't that hard. The book didn't help a whole lot, but make sure you've got your fractions down and brush up on some grammar. The book helped with the reading a bit, but put a lot of unnecessary information. I studied the book the night before the test and got an 84 (which I still can't believe). Just relax. Breathe between the sections and brush up on your cardiology and respiratory system.

Thanks so much for the helpful advice! I got the same thing after my interview which went pretty well (got an 84 on the Kaplan!). I'm just nervous since two people I interviewed with got accepted today, which is two days after my interview. I know I shouldn't be too worried, but I can't help it. :(

So excited ! I also just got accepted. Interview was on Oct 21 & received my acceptance email today Oct 24 :)

Hey Shark Fam ! Congrats to everyone accepted and good luck to everyone selected for interviews. & for those still waiting for a response, you could always call to check the status. I was accepted to the main campus Oct 21, Interview was Oct 14. Is anyone registered for classes yet? I have done everything except for the Immunization records of coorifice.

Hey Yuremaa, You could call and check the status if you haven't done so already. I was told there were three selections for status after you interview: reject, hold & accept.
