Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.
I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.
Well i got a letter in the Mail it says I'm on the holds list (at least I didn't get rejected). Hopefully others will give up their seat if Nova isn't their first choice. According to the letter it says i will know by May 27th after all interviews are complete. I'm assuming either because all my transcripts aren't sent in is the reason i didn't get a solid approval. Spring grades are in and I took anatomy 2 and microbiology at the same time just to have a shot at starting in the fall at NOVA. Might i say that was pure suicide but it can be done if you're determined. I got a B in both classes so hopefully they see my hard efforts and give me the opportunity to be classmates with some of you guys. Hoping for the best, whatever God has in store for me I'm ready. Everything happens for a reason......
Heyy well thats a good thing dont worry,i know a few people that are waiting for FIU to see if they got in to know if they are going to nova or not. Being FIU there first choice. I think FIU is letting know students starting the third week of May almost in June.
Hey guys, I have a question. I recently sent a Florida Residency application so I could get charged Florida tuition but they sent me back a letter saying to resubmit STAPP with supporting documents. I have no idea what STAPP is?! Also, those of you have accepted your seat and applied for financial aid have you received any answer?
I did my financial aid in march and it took 2-3 weeks to get my award notice. The STAPP is the NSU state aid application this is for the FRAG scolarship.

In my case i had applied early but put off my interview because MDC was my first choice. I had my interview exactly 1 week ago. I'm trying to be patient but it's so hard when others got accepted within days you know. Anyways, i really hope all of us get in and become classmates. I am really looking forward to nursing school!!! Hell yeah!!!

No I didnt. I waited too long to do the teas. But in the end I prefer nova because at the end i will have my BSN
Oh okay. I took the teas for the first time but totally bombed it. I scored 59% and had planned to retake it but didn't because i was taking classes this semester and couldn't find the time to study for it. I loathe that test though i wish they would do away with it! Anyway, i wanted to ask you, have you found out what a typical schedule is at Nova?
