Hey guys! So I'm starting this new article for the students applying for the Fall term 2016, just wanted to get to know some of you and see how everyone is feeling about the application process. My interview is on Tuesday and I'm pretty nervous, wondering who else has the same date.
When I interviewed, the day first started off with the Kaplan exam which was from 9a-12p after you had lunch until 1p (if you finish the exam before 12p you can leave for lunch early). From 1p-1:30p we had to write a short essay on a topic they chose. After the essay we took a tour of the campus and then we waited to be called for the interviews. My interview wasn't a group interview, I was by myself with two faculty members and they asked me 2 questions each. It wasn't bad at all, I was super nervous for no reason. Everybody was really nice and personable. I can't wait to start and see everyone at orientation in August!
I had actually called on the 18th myself since I was super anxious to hear back and couldn't take it anymore! Lol. When I called the nursing office they looked my name up and told me I was accepted. I didn't get the official call from Dianna until March 21st. After March 21st I waited about 2-3weeks (because there was a delay in sending them out) until I received my acceptance package through mail. I was told it takes 7-10 business days for them to reach a decision, so if it's been more than that I would definitely call them.
@ndelc7 I tried to call but was told that they don't give decisions over the phone. Did you call the Kendall campus nursing office or the main campus nursing office? I think I will try to give Diana a call tomorrow. The person I spoke to said decisions for my group were mailed on Tuesday past. My interview and exam process was the same as yours. We began with the tour, then took the Kaplan. Had a break for lunch and then resumed at 1:30 first writing the essay and then going in individually for our interview. We were a fairly big group though, 12 in all that day.
I called the general number that you find on the website the 800 541 6682. I dialed in the extension number 28000 and then once it took me to the other menu I pressed 2 which is to call about your application or find out nursing information. They told me over the phone it's weird they didn't tell you. Did you call a specific campus or the general number?
I called the Kendall campus directly, a young lady answered and said that the gentleman handling the acceptance letters was out but she would have him call me back. Then she called me back to say that he mailed the acceptance letters Tuesday and that I should expect a letter in the mail. I am still going to try Diana tomorrow though. I know they are still conducting interviews and such but I'd like to know as other schools have already started giving decisions. Nova is my first choice.

@ndelc7 there is a FB group already created for those who were already accepted. If you scroll to page three of this thread I believe it is there. Can I ask when did you interview? And when did you receive acceptance?
