Doing some thinking lately and decided to try out something that has not been done in sometime on this forum: educational discussions that can help you in your home country and benefit you and your patients since that is what we do as nurses.
I am so proud of you Suzzane4. I fully agree with you. All we do as a nurse is help our community, in whichever way we can.
This is a great thing that you are starting. I am sure this will help millions of people around the world.
Thanks a lot.
Hi Suzanne:
Firstly, hats off to you for doing an excellent job as moderator in the International forums.......
I will be starting an Accelerated BSN at a university in South Florida this coming fall; I will be happy to share my clinical experiences...and hope to learn from other members how to make the client experience a better one.

Most of the posts on this forum are about working in the US; and with the retrogression in place, most are going to be waiting for an extended period of time.
Each week or so I will set up a new topic and feel free to respond to it and we will see what we can do for making things better for patients all over the world. There are several initiatives that are going on now in the US that will be beneficial for you to start in your facility, no matter which country and how large the facility is. Everyone benefits.
Great learning experience for everyone.
