Not learning A&P

I am almost done with my A&P201. I took it online do to time constants, having 3 children. I have 4 other classes, 2 which are in person and 3 online. I currently have a very high A in the course but I'm not retaining any of the information I'm "learning". I feel like I read things but it's just not sticking, I guess because I don't have to memorize it yet. I feel like I'm setting myself for complete failure when I start my nursing program in May. Any advice or tips on how to retain the material I'm learning online?

I took A&P online through McGraw Hill and Lab at the campus. The online program had me answering sooooo many questions every week. I went through every range of emotion imaginable. The good thing was our Lab instructor helped me make sense of things I didn't understand in lecture.
