Northwestern Virginia Hospitals - looking for opinions

I'm new to the area - options I'd have for employment as RN (with 1 year experience):

Winchester Medical Center

Inova Loudoun

Reston

or

Frederick MD

Any opininons on which places are supportive to nursing? Not so supportive?

Just curious....

Specializes in 5 yrs OR, ASU Pre-Op 2 yr. ER.

Fairfax traffic IS horrible.

Inova Fairfax is where I may be starting in January. I live an hour away, but it's right down 66 and I'm hoping with working 7p-7a the traffic won't be so bad. Does anyone work there right now? So far my experience with the hospital has been great.
