Hii! Just starting a feed for the Northwell health July 2022 RN fellowships!

 Bc it opened up twice. I thought I had to apply again the second time it opened up but it said I applied already and under it said "apply by August 5".

Don’t cross it off your list yet if it’s closed, they might still be hiring! I did not apply to the Lenox Hill CC fellowship posting but got an offer by applying to the unit itself. And I know they were still hiring for the July CC fellowship start date in early July, even though the posting wasn’t live anymore.

Ah okay- thanks for the info! Totally missed that there was a deadline for the fellowship application, didn't start looking until my semester was over in early August. Good luck!

This is actually great advice- I noticed a few postings still up on the website. I'm definitely going to try this. Thanks so much for sharing & congrats on your offer!

Hi there, I’m reviving this thread (LOL) can anyone speak to the timeline of their application process? Like would it be insane for me to apply now if I won’t graduate until May 2023. I am also open to DMs!! Thank you!

I think it’s way too soon for you … I think you would qualify for the July 2023 fellowships… 

I interviewed this year in July for the July 2022 critical care fellowship but on boarding takes about three weeks between hiring appointment and medical clearance (sometimes there’s no available appointments for a week or so) 

I received a call a few weeks after submitting my application 

then video interview 

then it would be in person interview 

then references checked 

then offer

did you have to do anything else for onboarding after the new hire appointment & medical clearance? or were you good to go for your start date after you completed those appointments?

After appointments there’s a bunch of modules to complete they take a few hours

How long did it take between verbal offer and receiving the email with on boarding information? I received the verbal about a week and a half ago for Oct. 24 start and haven’t heard anything else!

Once I receive this information, is it only a medical clearance appt and modules before the first day?

Once you sign your offer someone from onboarding will reach out in a few days via email with a link for you to start on boarding (hire appointment and medical clearance then modules) then you are cleared to start on your start date

Was the offer letter by email? or through the northwell site? I feel like a week and a half is a while to be waiting since the verbal offer. I have left a followup email/voicemail for the recruiter but just want to make sure I’m not missing something!

I was told I would hear from onboarding within a week… and the offer is via email
