Hi! This topic is for those applying to NorthShore's NA program, with their application just opening on Feb. 1st. Is anyone familiar with their interview style/process? Best wishes to everyone!

Has anyone RSVP for the open house and actually heard back? I tried RSVP in October and November via email. But I never got a response. I've also called. IDK if just sending my email was enough to just show up LOL

I RSVPed last year back in October and got an email confirmation then as well! Weird they have not responded to you?

Does anyone have clarification on the letters of rec?  It says one has to be from the Dean of your nursing program.  That seems rather odd to me considering I went to a large state school and had no idea who the dean even was.

I recently attended their open house and spoke directly to the program director. The LOR from the dean is to attest that you graduated from that nursing program on good academic standing. He stated that you do not personally need to be known by the dean, and they would even accept if the letter came from the dean's executive assistant. I am having pushback from my nursing program because the dean from when I attended retired, and the current dean is like, basically, you need to get the letter from the dean from when I attended, LOL.

Interesting, I mean I'd assume if you graduated and have a diploma you were on good academic standing? I've reached out to the dean's office and haven't heard back.
