Hi everyone,
I just wanted to start a thread for Northridge Hospital Medical Center Versant Fall 2013 Program.
The application period was Sept 6 to Sept 15 and I hear they are taking around 16 new grads.
Post here if you hear any news or have updates.
Does anyone know if Northridge is done scheduling for interviews or if they're still reviewing applications?
When I called last week they said that they started interviewing already, but the lady that I talked too said they are still reviewing applications, (atleast 600 applicants applied, so discouraging) :down:not sure if they are done with scheduling for interview, ? hopefully not:down:
I have had "manager review in progress" for a week and a half and haven't heard anything. Never really sure a out status changes until I actually hear something.
Hi Smarie7, have you heard anything? I know you had your status change and mine still says "New" so I wonder if the status changes mean anything.

Thanks for the info, RNTin! I am going to call them this week and ask if they are still reviewing applications. I'll update everyone when I get some information.

@tooproudtomention no I have not. But I have just accepted a job in the Bay Area so one less person to worry about
Congrats on the new job, Smarie7!! :)
If you don't mind me asking, was the job in the Bay Area for a new grad program? I hear it is really competitive in NorCal and I would love to work there but I hear it's really competitive in comparison to SoCal. Any advice? :)
Tooproudtomention, it wasnt a new grad program it was a clinical nurse 1 position but 13 weeks of training.
My advice would be to network my connections are what helped me get my foot in the door. As you all probably know half the battle is just getting an interview so network network network!!

Thanks, Smarie7! Yeah, I feel like nowadays it's really all about networking.
Again, congrats on the new job!
