I got notified that I didn't get in but got recommended for the Charlotte ABSN with strong potential for a $20,000 scholarship. I applied to NNP. I'll be attending Emory's AMSN so I ruled out Northeastern as soon as I made my decision, but they are still sending out emails so hopefully everyone should hear soon!! Good luck to everyone!!

Same. I finally emailed them and asked for my decision, which by now you can guess was a no.

If I had to do the application process over again, and if I really wanted to go to Northeastern, I would apply to Northeastern's ABSN program.

One last fruitful attempt: Has anyone been admitted off the waitlist, or anything really? Or did anyone turn anything down, and somehow a spot opened up?

Never mind, I got an email they closed the waitlist on 8/2/19. best of luck to all!

I eventually got the insulting email asking me to apply to their Charlotte program. I started at Penn this summer, so no sweat off my back, but I told them that their admissions process doesn’t respect applicants and that they need to rethink how they conduct admissions and notify applicants. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere that thinks so little of the people who (pay to) apply.

Exactly. The time and money I spent applying to Northeastern would have been better used on a mani-pedi.

Hi All

Trying to wake this thread back up. Ill be attending NEU in the fall for their DE FNP. Can anyone here who attended this program this year post what the first year schedule is like? Im in the process of apartment hunting and depending on the schedule I have different location preferences (how early you need to be on campus, how late the nights are, etc.)
