Yes. Same person. Got it.

I just got the email!! Good luck guys!

I wouldn’t worry about it if you didn’t get it today. You’ll likely get it next week. Good luck and God bless us all!

Any tips for preparing for clinical questions? This is my first interview with clinical questions and I'm not sure what to expect! Thanks!

How were everyone’s interviews today??

Specializes in CICU.

I would love to know too. I reached out to a few current students.... about the interview questions. Pretty straightforward. Explain a difficult patient and be prepared to justify actions and how drugs work.

Specializes in ICU/CCU BSN, RN, CCRN.

Most people will not answer these questions because at this point, everyone is seen to be in competition. However, what most people don't understand is that every interview is different.

Some advice that I have received is to know your specialty! If you have worked in a CICU or a CVICU, know everything cardiac (everything is game... at least what you have on your resume or in your personal statement). Same thing goes for Neuro ICU; know your specialty! Know the medications you've used in your specialty, why they are used, alternatives, etc. Also, definitely review the general questions, "Tell us about yourself", "Why do you want to be a CRNA?", "Why do you want to come to this school?", etc. As Sgriffith said above, definitely know a story about a difficult patient and how you overcame the situation, a time where you made a mistake and how you resolved it, strengths, weaknesses, know about your transcripts and be prepared to explain poor grades, volunteer work, CRNA shadowing, etc. Also, research the school!!

There is a lot of good material online. Do a Google search or a Youtube search. Good Luck everyone!!

Hi All! I’ve interviewed and I second what Sgriffith and Cottntale mentioned. They were super nice!

Please keep us posted if anyone hears back after your interview! Good luck everyone!

To anyone who has interviewed, did they say when you could expect to hear about a decision?
