Northeastern ABSN Fall 2020

Hello!

Has anyone applied to Northeastern's ABSN for Fall of 2020? I applied almost 2 weeks ago and I was told I'll get an answer within 3-4 weeks. Has anyone who applied early received an answer yet? It looks like a lot of people who have applied in the past have gotten accepted on here.

Applied for the burlington campus on June 8th and got my acceptance June 16th! I'm excited but am moving from California and nervous about not knowing anyone in Burlington/Boston. If anyone else is in the same boat I'd love to connect before the program starts! Good luck everyone!

I applied on 7/9. Was told that I would get a response in 2 weeks. I set my Youtube admissions video to unlisted. The admission committee are the only ones with the link. I noticed the views went up on it so they’ve watched my video. I’m so nervous. Hope I get in.

There is! You can look up northeastern ABSN on facebook. There’s a few people I saw that are looking for roommates.

I got my acceptance letter in about 2 weeks when they said 4 weeks, so you should get yours fairly quickly too. Good luck!

Nice. CONGRATS. Was it through email? This is my first time applying to any nursing program. Initially I thought the acceptance/denials were on NursingCAS. But I read elsewhere it’s a phone call, letter, or email.

Do you know how many people are accepted into the program? Also how many people are on the fb group? Just want to get an idea about how many spots could possibly be left. As you can see I’m obsessing over my application ??

The facebook group the school created is for everyone who is in the program, including past graduates and those in other terms. It was about 1,000 people in the group when I last checked, it’s not too active due to so many people already graduating or already getting used to the program. Also, I think my admission counselor told me they accept 90 people during the fall cohort. And no worries! I was obsessing over mine the minute I clicked “submit” ??

Thank you. Good luck to you too. My admissions counselor is on vacation until the 21st so I can’t even harass him for info. LOL. I’m just hoping to get in.

haha I just emailed my admissions counselor today too. I'm trying not to be annoying, but ill be moving from California so I'm hoping to hear sooner rather than later. We just wait for the email right? There isn't a portal or anything we can log onto?
