Good morning! I was wondering if anyone has applied to the NorthBay Medical Centre new grad program for this year's September cohort. I wanted to start a thread just in case anyone had questions or insight that could be helpful to the rest of us in the same boat 😊

Oh nice!! And yes thank you! Good luck to us indeed! I know target interview dates begin 8 July so I wonder how long until we know if we've made it to that point.

Does anyone happen to know the time frame of when they begin notifying people for interviews ?

I was wondering that myself. I was told this is highly competitive so there may be a number of applicants for them to get through. I know two people currently in the program so I can ask them and see.

Did you guys also receive an automated email after submitting the app saying that we need to complete a staff hiring assessment? I haven't received any email & I was supposed to be sent a link for it?

Yes I got it the same day I submitted my application. When did you submit yours ?

I just submitted it yesterday 6/11 at 6pm but I didn't get any email for it 😕 I tried to email the recruitment person but haven't heard anything back yet. Is it an individualized assessment link provided in the email?
