north sore lij salary and benefits

Can anyone tell me north shore lij hospitals starting salary and benefits package. I know its a health system so I am not sure if all of the hospitals in the health system have the same base starting salary and benefits so if possible please name the hospital in the north shore lij health system with the salary and benefits. for benefits.....really curious about how soon they kick in and how much tuition reimbursement yearly and how soon one is eligible for tuition reimbursement.

I work at NSLIJ Forest hills they are a union 1199. We get our insurance 3 months after our start date. There is no tuition reimbursement unless you were working there during your schooling. I worked there but was per diem so I was not in the union. Now I am full time, if I were to go back to school they'd give me tuition reimbursement, I haven't looked into detail. As a new nurse I started at $42 an hourFor salary I am full time, work nights & a new grad, pay goes up with experience. After taxes I make $1,052 a week. Before taxes I get paid much more, I get taxed like crazy! Since we are union there are some other things as well, I just received a check for 200 in uniform allowance since we aren't supplied uniforms. It is a good system to work for

To everyone that is reading this, $42 sounds great, but remember that is with night differential. You will get paid less for working the day shift.
