North Shore LIJ have new Dept. opening " Subacute Care"

I have a interview this week in LIJ, there opening a brand new Dept. called Subacute Care. But I don't know what this Dept. is about. I want to say the right thing on the interview. Does anyone know what is this Dept. is about? Is this a Dept. that is open 24hr a day or is it like a clinic? Also is there a posting for what to say and not to say on interview? I know what to say when they ask, What is your Weaknesses. But I don't know what to say exactly where do you see yourself in 5 yrs, and WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK HERE? Thank you for any input.
