Does anyone have any inside information/opinions about this program. I was just offered an interview and I am very excited about it, but I would love if anyone could tell me anything about it if they went through the program themselves or heard something about it.

The nurse manager mentioned that the first interviewer interviews about 30-40 candidates and the manager is sent 6 to 8 of them. Then he picks a few. Is this true?
