North Palm College of Nursing - LPN to RN Online

Updated:   Published

What Members Are Saying (AI-Generated Summary)

Members are discussing accreditation for nursing programs, specifically in California. Some members are sharing information about RN-to-BSN programs that accept graduates from non-accredited ASN programs. There is also discussion about the process of obtaining RN licenses in California and transferring from out-of-state programs. Additionally, members are forming support groups and seeking information about class schedules and program outcomes, such as passing the NCLEX exam.

I'm looking for opinions of anyone who has attended, currently attends, or has been accepted to the online LPN to RN program at North Palm College of Nursing.

What are the online lectures like? Are there live or recorded video lectures? It's my understanding clinical are local to the college. How often do you attend clinicals? Can you please share any pros and cons about the program?

Hey,

I'm applying for the same, and this is what I want and need. It does seem to good to be true, trying to bridge from LPN to RN in a short period of time. I too have spoken to an admissions person from school and processed all the required documentation. I just have to pay my tuition and put it in Gods hand and get to work. Are you going to begin in March

Hi, I recently talked to the admission coordinator and she seem nice. are you in the cohort or your are still thinking about getting the admission in North Palm college? I started my application and looking to get into June cohort.

I recently just joined school and just like any other school you will have mishaps. The school is approved by Florida BON so imma just keep trusting in the lord he didn't bring me this far to fail me

Hay Jahar,

I talked to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS), the admission coordinator few days ago. I am doing my application and thinking of getting into June 2025 cohort. hows your time going on with North Palm college. I am from California.

The school lied tho😭😭😭 they said they are in the process of accreditation. I emailed CCNE, no application have been received from NorthPalm

Hi RNstudent,

Are you thinking of getting admission at North Palm?

I did already, I was supposed to start in June because it is only 9 mos for me since I am already an LVN. But it did seem too good to be true. I emailed CCNE and they told me that no application has been received from North Palm. Not a single application. If they said they are in the process, then they shouldve submitted an application.

OK, I am in process of filling application. It does seem too too good to be true as lot of aspiring RN's are saying on this platform. I talked to the admission coordinator (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS) yesterday and she seemed nice. I am also talking to other school, Tampa medical college. They have NCLEX pass rate of like 78% in 2024, but they require students to attend 2 class a week, mandatory. 3:00 PST when the class start.

@Tealoving_LVN I wouldn't listen to the negative comments or people on this forum about North Palm, I know of a few people who are attending this school and they report things are going well for them. Yes, it's a newer school and every nursing school these days all have their pros and cons but from what I understand the program is good and there's been a graduating cohort this past January.
I've heard people talk about Riggs college that it's not a good school at all and ICHS isn't any better. These are all private nursing schools so yeah it's going to be different from a traditional nursing school. All of these schools are approved by their state nursing boards, so you can go to any of them and still be able to obtain your license.

@Glacey You seem to have a full report about North Palm, are you a current student there or just slandering the schools name? Since you know so much what school are you currently attending? You do know that when a school applies for accreditation it's a process that must follow beforehand, but seems like you have all the evidence and information. You stated you are from California, so why aren't you attending a college in your own state? Why would you be looking at a school in Florida and have you ever been there since you have made false accusations about the school not having a physical location. You also mentioned how students have blocked you ohh I can definitely see why they did.

@NURSE20255 Yes I have heard that a cohort has graduated from North Palm and correct information they do have a physical location. You can't believe what people on the internet say or comment especially ones who are out of state and never visited or have limited information but yet come and make lies about schools.
