North Central Texas College (NCTC) LVN Spring 2024

Hey everyone wanting to start a thread to see udpates applications submitted I applied for the hybrid Gainsville Campus!! What's an competitive TEAS score and points you all have; my total points are 79/ TEAS 72 and an extra 5 points for A&P and college transfers.

So its a possible 30 seats Gainesville and 30 online... countdown everyone

@Tayz that sounds like a great company to work for. I worked as a PCT at the hospital but management was nonexistent and it seemed like if you did your work you were not rewarded but if you didn't do the work they help you up on a pedestal.

@angeldust99 I work as a PCT at a hospital as well. However, I'm in float pool so I really enjoy it. I get to choose which floors I work on so I pick the ones I enjoy most of the time! I'm sorry you had such a bad experience though.

I work full time from home Monday-Friday so online would work best for me but I'm hoping they have like power points are something. May have to ask someone for like a recorded session. I use to record my lectures to go back and review them.

Not sure if everyone did but I got a message stating they are on track for emails being sent out on the 15th! Getting super antsy!

Did you guys see the update Letters won't go out until October 2, instead of this Friday the 15th. Great more waiting.

Yes!! I saw that. I wonder why they pushed it back so far. I just got an email yesterday saying they were on track for Friday still. Super weird how it changed last minute.

Yeah I wonder if it has to do with the ADN program as well. Last semester they sent out the ADN notifications before the LVN 

 

I guess there is nothing for us to do but wait ❤️ and wait some more.
