Hello! I applied for the 2012 program at CFCC. I actually was accepted for last year and made it about 9 weeks into the program before I had to drop for childcare reasons. It is a LOT of work but I met some of the best people during my short time there. How did you do on the PSB? I did alright last year, when I did get in, but I retook the PSB and scored much higher this time around.
Hi I did ok on the PSB high 90's in every area except spelling-50 and math-85. I have all the prereqs but the second anatomy and micro. I have A's in everything and attended the information session. I think my point count is around 340. Do you think I have a chance??? Thanks for responding.
Well I got in last year with a 339 point count, so I definitely think you have a chance! I can't guarantee it, because obviously the applicant pool changes each year, but you are definitely in the running. I know I was close to the bottom of the list but they also send letters to 20 alternates. There was a girl in my class last semester who was alternate #18, so I think pretty much all of the alternates got in. This year I have a 370ish point count so I'm feeling pretty confident. If I recall correctly, I got my acceptance letter last year about the third to last week of March, so still a ways to wait.. I know it seems like an eternity! :)

Hi I applied to Cape Fear's Program for August 2012 term. I know that the application deadline just recently ended, however, I was just wondering if anyone had heard any news through the grapevine about applicant pool/point count?
