this budget impasse has affected my employer--not receiving funds for our hsdf program for home care support + assistance with adl's for disabled. how is this affecting your home care agency or hospital services ???

This is a disgrace, I blame it on the bloated size of the Pa legislature. If only a real reform movement to cut the size of it would come from all this grief.

We don't need a full-time legislature in Pennsylvania. If these yo-yo's spent less time in Harrisburg, the state would run a whole lot smoother. That goes double for our "bloated" gangster-thug governor. Does any thing straight ever come out of Philly?
When my folks lived in Florida, they told me that the legislature there met for 90 days each year. Imagine the savings if we could get our "elected" idiots to stay home for nine months of the year. Oddly enough, Florida manages to get all of it's business handled without a full time (expensive and ineffective) circus like we support.
