non compete signature agreements

I have been offered a good paying job in home health but I really hate signing non-competes. Not because I am doing anything fishy but because I mostly work two jobs.

More of a vent I guess. I doubt I will sign it.

Is there any way you can "forget" to sign it, and that they can "forget" to make sure you did? :)
