Easier to give the list that still do require it.

Just do a search here and you will find the list. Less than five actually still require it.

Michigan, NJ, CT; PA for initial licensure but just the CES if endorsing from another state. Majority uses the CES while CA, Vermont and I believe NM does their own evaluation. NY requires CVS. Hope this helps a bit. This is not absolute and everthing changes everytime so always update yourself on the BON's website. http://www.ncsbn.org.

hi suzanne! i am planning to take my nclex but im not yet decided on what state im going to apply.. any suggestion pls? is north carolina ok and is it a non-cg state?

You can refer to the link just above your post. You will need to go to your prospective BON website anyway to download or request whatever you need.
